1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device. Some are necessary to make the site work, others are used for analytics or advertising. Berry Kids uses only functional storage — no tracking or advertising cookies.

2. What we store

We store:

• Saved activities — when you tap the heart, we store the slug locally in your browser (localStorage). This data never leaves your device.
• Cookie notice — a flag confirming you've seen our cookie notice.

3. Third-party content (only on action)

Some pages offer third-party content that requires manual loading:

• Google Maps — on event and activity detail pages you'll see a "Load map" button. Only when you click it do we load the Google Maps iframe, at which point Google sets cookies (NID, CONSENT). No communication with Google happens before that point. Your choice is remembered in your browser so we don't ask again for every map — clear your localStorage to reset.

Google LLC is based in the US. By clicking "Load map" you consent to data being transferred to Google. Read Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Privacy-friendly statistics

Berry Kids uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure pageviews and visits. The service works without cookies and without personal identifiers — no profiles are built and no data is shared with advertising networks. Berry Kids does not use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Pixel or similar tracking services.

5. Your rights
