Lichtjesoptocht Katwijk

November 21 – 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM On Saturday, November 21, there will be an attractive light parade in Katwijk: a fun family outing. And Sinterklaas and his Pieten will also come by! The light parade starts - just like the previous times - in the Zwaaikom in Katwijk aan Zee. From 4 p.m. there will be a small party there with, among other things, a bouncy castle, music and Pieten. Sinterklaas himself is expected at 5 p.m. Afterwards, a cheerfully illuminated parade will start through the village. Bring a lantern or buy one on site for €5 (proceeds benefit the donation fund of the Sint en Pietenactie Foundation). The parade passes through the village. Experience shows that the tour is quite a long route for the smallest participants. It is therefore advisable to provide a buggy, handcart or strong shoulders. Follow the indicated signs in Katwijk for the Boulevard-Zeezijde, Princehaven or Tramstraat parking garages. Public toilets are also available in the first mentioned parking garages.
